Southern Minnesota town experiences flooding after 9 inches of rain falls
The city of New Richland, Minnesota, received upwards of nine inches of rainfall over the weekend, with dozens of homes in the town of 1,200 impacted by flooding. Jason Rantala spoke with residents who say this is by far the worst flooding they've ever seen.
