Sheriff seeking to address Somali gang violence in Twin Cities
The Ramsey County sheriff says a small number of kids in Somali gangs are creating big problems in our community. Sheriff Bob Fletcher made that the focus of his "Live on Patrol" Facebook post. Esme Murphy spoke with two investigators who respond to gang incidents every day.
