Probe underway after large rocks, oil thrown off I-35 bridge in Chisago Co.
The Chisago County Sheriff's Office seeks the public's help in finding those responsible for throwing large rocks and vehicle oil off an Interstate 35 overpass near Rush City. Ashley Grams spoke to two teens who said a rock on the road in the area wrecked their car.
