Police search for man who threatened to "shoot persons" at University of Minnesota
Law enforcement agencies are searching Thursday for 41-year-old Joseph Mark Rongstad, who they said made a "specific threat" to shoot people at the Unversity of Minnesota's Twin Cities campus.
