WCCO meteorologist Lisa Meadows says Wednesday will be beautiful with most places in the state hitting a high of 70 degrees. After 3 p.m., the southern part of Minnesota will see some rain. There is another rain chance this Friday, otherwise the weekend is looking to be mainly dry and in the 70s.
