New program hopes to boost child literacy in St. Paul
On Tuesday, the Read, Play & Learn space at North End Laundry was unveiled. It's a space where kids will have access to early learning and reading supplies - while their caregivers do laundry. This is all part of a program by the Laundry Cares Foundation, Too Small to Fail and the Laundry Literacy Coalition.
