In a single Minneapolis block, there were two shootings in the past 48 hours. A 28-year-old man is dead and five others hit by gunfire. Nine months ago, Stevens Square property owners told WCCO the criminal activity stems from a drug market operating in the open. Today, Frankie McLister spoke with those landlords again.
