Murder charges shed grim details on Jordan "Manny" Collins' death
Jordan Dupree Collins Sr., 38, is charged with one count of second-degree murder, according to court documents filed Wednesday in Anoka County. According to the complaint, an autopsy of Collins Jr. found "evidence of decapitation by knife."
