Minnesotan says ICE arrested him for recording agents

We're hearing from a Minnesotan who says he was detained for following and recording ICE agents in Woodbury. Ryan Ecklund shot video of agents warning him not to follow them on Monday morning. He did keep following them and they eventually boxed him in and removed him from his vehicle. Frank Vascellaro talked to him about the experience.
