Minnesota youth vaping hits record low, dropping from 19% to 5% since 2020
Flavored e-cigarette cartridges make up 89% of vape products used by Minnesota youth who vape, and nearly a third of Minnesotans are now covered by local ordinances restricting flavored tobacco sales.
