Minnesota Senate passes package that includes HCMC lifeline
The Minnesota Senate passed a health and human services package Wednesday that includes a safety net for Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, which hospital leaders warn could go under in just a matter of months if they do not get a lifeline and fast.
