Minnesota lawmakers look to boost penalties for straw purchases
A straw purchase is when someone buys a gun for someone who is not allowed to have them. The weapon used to kill 3 Burnsville first responders was a straw purchase. WCCO's Caroline Cummings reports from the state capitol.
