Minnesota lawmaker pursuing e-bike, e-moto safety legislation
A woman badly hurt by an electric bike was left bleeding on the sidewalk. The crash two years ago caused permanent damage. Now, she says the bikes are getting faster and that the drivers are getting younger. As Nick Lunemann and Jeff Wagner report, she's not alone in thinking the rules of the road aren't keeping up.
