Minneapolis officials ordered mill be secured 1 week before urban explorer's fall
A battle to block access to a big abandoned building in Minneapolis was unfolding just a week before a teenage urban explorer was severely injured, according to city records. Ash Ranallo Korbell, 18, fell 20 stories while wandering through a Minneapolis grain elevator at the Checkerboard Grain Mill earlier this month. Adam Duxter reports.
