Minneapolis moves closer to implementing court-ordered consent decree
The city of Minneapolis has chosen who will lead the implementation efforts of Minneapolis Police Department's court-ordered consent decree. The consent decree comes after an audit on the police department revealed high incidents of racially-motivated policing.
