Minneapolis leaders emphasize need for Nicollet Mall events
The groove is on in downtown Minneapolis. Thousands braved a rainy Saturday to celebrate the second annual Dakota Block Party. The event shut down multiple blocks of Nicollet Mall for music, food and fun. Adam Duxter shares why for some this event is as much about the venue and the city as the music itself.
