Medical examiner who performed autopsy on Isaac Schuman testifies in Nicolae Miu's Apple River stabb
Victor Froloff, the assistant medical examiner for Ramsey County, was the first witness on the stand Tuesday. Froloff performed the autopsy on Isaac Schuman.
