Mayor of Forest Lake opens city's first cannabis dispensary
A new cannabis dispensary just opened north of the metro.. and the city's mayor is one of the owners. His family has been a part of the community for generations. As photojournalist Tony Peterson and Derek James found out, businesses are finding green in the green.
