Lime appears to slow scooter riders at protest in downtown Minneapolis
Over 100 young people gathered in downtown Minneapolis on Saturday night for what was advertised online as a scooter takeover to protest Flock surveillance cameras, but it appeared Lime pumped the brakes for some riders.
