Large encampment causes concern for south Minneapolis child care center
Only on WCCO: an encampment is blocking a walkway and worrying neighbors in Minneapolis. Some say what's happening here could be dangerous for kids being cared for nearby. The encampment sits where Highway 55 travels over Cedar Avenue on the city's south side. Our Jason Rantala went to check it out and see if the city has plans to address the issue.
