Judge set to rule in extradition of ICE officer charged in Minneapolis shooting
A judge is expected to make a ruling Tuesday in Minnesota's lawsuit against Republican Texas Gov. Greg Abbott over the extradition of Christian Castro, the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent charged in the shooting of Julio Sosa-Celis earlier this year in Minneapolis.
