Hennepin County leaders divided on how to stop car thefts
The teen accused of slamming a stolen car into a Minnesota State Patrol trooper in Minneapolis was in what is called a diversion program for stealing another car, according to court records. The Hennepin County attorney says he's a bad example of a good program. As Ubah Ali reports, police may not agree.
