Construction begins on George Floyd Square after years of planning
After years of planning, construction began this morning at George Floyd Square in Minneapolis Phase one involves full underground reconstruction around 38th Street and Chicago Avenue. The project manager says the city hasn't worked on those streets in more than 60 years. John Lauritsen spoke with some residents who are worried they may have to help pay for it.
