Biden visits Duluth-Superior area, touts $1B in infrastructure
The President announced federal infrastracture funding to rebuild the Blatnik Bridge between Minnesota and Wisconsin. The bridge carries 33,000 vehicles every day, but is in such a state of decay that heavy trucks are barred from using it.
