Balancing football's benefits and safety concerns
In Health Watch, a new study about a brain disease and head trauma are being described as wake up call for the NFL. Researchers studied the brains of nearly 900 former NFL players who died between 2016 and 2021. They found at least 1 in 4 had a degenerative brain disease know as CTE and they think the real total is even higher.
