$19 million habitat restoration project near Duluth nearly finished
Crews restored 230 acres of coastal wetland at Kingsbury Bay and Grassy Point, two spots along the St. Louis River near Lake Superior, removing 230,000 cubic yards of wood waste from two historic mills that are no longer there.
