A 22-year-old man appeared in St. Croix County Circuit Court Monday afternoon after he was charged with the sexual assault of a minor on Saturday. According to New Richmond Police, an officer noticed a vehicle parked in Woodland Creek Park shortly after 1 a.m. on Saturday with Ohio license plates. The officer found two males undressed inside, and after questioning found their ages were 22 and 15.

One person is dead after a vehicle was struck by a train in Baldwin, Wis. on Wednesday afternoon, according to the St. Croix Sheriff's office. A vehicle with two passengers left the business and headed north, but as they were crossing train tracks, they noticed an approaching westbound train. The driver attempted to go in reverse, but the train ended up smashing in to the vehicle's passenger side.
