The Hastings man arrested for allegedly robbing a gas station at knife-point before fleeing on a "light colored kids bike" was charged with felony first-degree aggravated robbery. According to the charges, Joseph Robert Olson, 27, robbed the gas station on Vermillion Street at 5:08 a.m. on May 22 while wielding a 4-inch knife. Surveillance video helped police identify Olson.
