Ask A Minnesota Expert: Preparing For Fall Fashion
Fall fashion this year is fluid and multifaceted, according to Amy Rosenthal, CEO and co-founder of the boutique Amalli Talli. Layered flowing contours, whimsical prints, and vintage jewelry show a mid-60s/early 70s flair. The dot-com 90s make a 50s-style statement in leather biker and jean jackets and pearl chokers. Platform shoes, velvet, and suede and flannel are in. And so are skinny jeans. Career gals still pocket a smart phone in a pant suit, but more are converting to the skirt suit. Bold and bright accessories warm the cool look of a fall wardrobe.
