Vikings' Teddy Bridgewater Named NFL Rookie Of The Year
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – It may not have been the season Vikings fans were looking, for but there is reason for hope and optimism. Especially when looking at the quarterback position.
Vikings quarterback Teddy Bridgewater has been named the 2014 Rookie of the Year!
He was the third quarterback taken in the first round of last year's draft, falling all the way to the 32nd pick.
But it's looking like a steal for the Vikings.
He threw for nearly 3,000 yards, 14 touchdowns and 12 interceptions this season.
Bridgewater is the third Viking to win the award since 2002.
