Survey: Half Of Americans Plan To Take A Summer Vacation

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A new survey shows just over half of Americans are planning to take a summer vacation.

The survey from Bankrate shows 52% of respondents plan to travel during the warmer months. Twenty-six percent are not planning to travel, and 22% are undecided.

Of those staying home, 60% said it was because they cannot afford a vacation.
