At Least 6 Crews Respond To Structure Fire In Coates

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – At least six fire departments responded to a structure fire near Rosemount early Wednesday morning.

According to Rosemount Fire Department, around 2:30 a.m. crews responded to a call of a structure fire on the 15600 block of Clayton Drive in Coates.

Upon arrival, crews found items related to the trucking industry inside the garage. It is unclear how much damage was done.

Tankers were needed to bring in water because there were no fire hydrants within the city limits of Coates.

At least six fire departments responded to the fire.

No one was hurt.

The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
