1 Dead After 2 Semis Collide In St. Louis County
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A Chisholm man is dead after two semi-trailer trucks collided in St. Louis County Monday afternoon.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, around 4 p.m. a Peterbilt tractor and a Caterpillar tractor were traveling northbound on Highway 53 when the Caterpillar rear-ended the Peterbilt.
The driver of the Caterpillar, a 52-year-old Chisholm man, died.
The other driver suffered no apparent injury.
The Minnesota State Patrol is currently investigating.
