St. Cloud Man, 40, Arrested For Alleged Sex Trafficking Of Women
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- An investigation into sex trafficking and prostitution resulted in the arrest of a 40-year-old St. Cloud man, according to the Waite Park Police Department.
On Friday, Oct. 9, Waite Park police say investigators from several metro area agencies working with the Central MN Sex Trafficking Task Force established probable cause the a man identified as Israel Davis was actively recruiting and promoting prostitution.
While serving an arrest warrant for a different male subject on the 100 block of 32nd Avenue North St. Cloud, Stearns County deputies saw a man in the location that matched the description of Davis. Davis was arrested soon after without incident.
Davis is now being held at the Stearns County Jail.
