Sheriff: Mom Skips Court-Ordered Parental Exchange, On The Run

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The Kandiyohi County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in locating a woman who violated a court order to return her 4-year-old son to his father.

Amy Lorraine Winterfeldt, 44, was supposed to make a parental exchange in Appleton, Wis. on Saturday but did not show up with her son, Alex Gomm - who's also known as Johan Winterfeldt.

The sheriff's office says Winterfeldt, also known as Amy Gomm, was apprehensive about returning her son to his father in the lead up to the court order violation.

Winterfeldt may have traveled to Utah or Wisconsin with Alex (pictured center), as well as her two adopted sons: 6-year-old Jacob (right) and 5-year-old Daniel (left).
