Sheriff: 45-Year-Old Keith Spence Missing, Last Seen In Isanti County On July 15
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Officials in Isanti County are seeking the public's help in locating a missing person, Keith Spence.
Spence, 45, was last seen on July 15 walking near Highway 47 and Highway 95 west of Cambridge.
He was wearing a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles T-shirt, khaki shorts and a baseball cap.
