Over 5,600 Without Power In Twin Cities

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Xcel Energy is reporting nearly 39 power outages Thursday morning.

The outages are affecting over 5,000 customers, spanning from as far north as Brooklyn Park and as far south as Faribault.

Xcel Energy said they will provide updated on outages every 10 minutes. They are working to resume power to those experiencing an outage.
