Police: Arrest Made In Fatal St. Paul Bridge Shooting
ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) — St. Paul police say they've made an arrest in a fatal shooting on a bridge in the Dayton's Bluff neighborhood.
The death of Emmett Lee Wilson-Shaw last Thursday was one of three homicides on St. Paul's East Side in a five-day period.
Police have not said why they believe Wilson-Shaw was killed.
