Patrol: Strong Winds Knocked Over Semi In McLeod Co.
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – The State Patrol says strong winds blew a semi over Thursday morning as severe storms swept across the state.
The semi was traveling south on Highway 15 in McLeod County around 7:20 a.m. when a powerful gust knocked the truck onto its side and into the east ditch.
The driver of the semi, 30-year-old Albert Holker of Hutchinson, suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
No other vehicles were involved in the incident, the patrol said.
