Most Americans Think Burgers Are Healthy, Survey Finds

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A lot of people love a good burger, but a new survey shows a lot of people also think they are healthy!

A survey by the market research group Mintel shows that 82 percent of Americans who eat hamburgers think they are a good source of nutrients.

Nutritionists say burgers are a good source of protein, iron and vitamin B12. But, the fatty meat, sugary ketchup and refined buns are issues.
