Minneapolis Schools Considering Plan For New Athletics Complex
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Minneapolis Public Schools may soon be getting a new athletics complex.
School officials are concerned that the district is falling behind other school districts when it comes to its athletic sites. The Minneapolis School Board is considering a $20 million plan that includes a new hockey rink and outdoor fields.
They would open as early as 2018.
