Minneapolis Home Prices At 4-Year Low
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Minneapolis home prices are at the lowest levels in nearly four years, according to the Standard and Poor's Case Shiller Index.
Home prices declined 10 percent in March, compared to the same period a year ago.
Chris Galler is president of the Minnesota Association of Realtors.
He said we can expect better news next month.
"That's because the tax credits ended in April last year, and the May numbers were off," He said.

The Minneapolis drop was the largest of the 20 cities measured in the index.
