Work On I-35E Through Downtown St. Paul Begins Monday
ST. PAUL, Minn. (WCCO) -- April means construction season, and a big road project gets underway Monday.
The second and final year of construction on the Interstate 94 and Interstate 35E project in St. Paul begins Monday morning.
Traffic will be down to two lanes on I-35E in each direction between I-94 and University Avenue.
