Update: Level 3 Sex Offender Missing From Crystal Located
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Authorities in the north metro have located a predatory sex offender who was missing earlier Thursday morning.
According to the Crystal Police Department, 55-year-old Paul Knutson was missing earlier in the day. Knutson is a Level 3 predatory offender who violated state law by failing to provide authorities with his current address.
