Contestants Eat 'Brains' For Chance To Compete Against Kobayashi

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) - To celebrate the launch of their new Walking Dead scratch game, the Minnesota state lottery held a special eating contest.

Participants had to eat brains!

Not real brains, of course. Instead, doughnuts were used.

Zombies also surrounded the competitors during the competition.

And there was a special guest at Saturday's competition: competitive eater Takeru Kobayashi.

Competitors ate through the qualifying rounds for the chance to take on Kobayahsi in the Zombie Pub Crawl next Saturday in Minneapolis.
