Police investigate shooting in Columbia Heights restaurant parking lot that injured 3

Police are investigating a shooting overnight Saturday in a restaurant parking lot just north of Minneapolis.

It happened around 1 a.m. outside the Hook Fish and Chicken in Columbia Heights, Minnesota, one block south of the Heights Theater off Northeast 39th and Central avenues.

Police say initial information shows that two men exchanged gunfire outside the building, and three men who were in the parking lot were hit in the crossfire. 

The three men were taken to local hospitals in private vehicles and suffered injuries not believed to be life-threatening.

One man was arrested and police are still working to identify the second shooter.
