Charges: Minn. Man Pulled Gun On People TP-ing House
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A southern Minnesota man is facing charges for allegedly using a gun to threaten two people who were toilet papering a house.
Fillmore County Sheriff Tom Kaase said the incident happened late last month in the city of Spring Valley.
He said an investigation showed that Ryan Hinze threatened a juvenile and another man with a gun while they were TP-ing a house.
Earlier this month, Hinze was charged with terroristic threats, fifth-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
He is slated to appear in court on Oct. 26.
