Bruegger's Sells Purple Prince Bagels To Raise Money For MMC
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – New York bagel company Bruegger's Bagels is honoring Minnesota musician Prince with purple bagels Thursday.
Prince passed away suddenly on April 21 in his Paisley Park home.
Since his death the city of Minneapolis has held several celebrations honoring his life and his contributions to the city and state.
On Thursday, all proceeds from each purple bagel will go to the Minnesota Music Coalition.
The purple bagels are available in Minneapolis bakeries only while supplies last.
