Body Of Man Found In Red River ID'd

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The Moorhead Police Department says a citizen's tip helped identify the body of a man found in the Red River on Sept. 29.

The body was spotted by a boater and was later recovered by the Moorhead Fire Department under the train bridge near Memorial Park. The body had been in the water for an undetermined amount of time and had no identification.

After public's assistance was requested, a tip was received and positive identification of the victim was confirmed through the Ramsey County Medical Examiner's Office. The deceased is identified as 48-year-old Clement Bravebull, who has no permanent address.

No foul play is suspected in the death investigation.
