Police: Help ID Woman Who Robbed Forest Lake TCF Bank

FOREST LAKE, Minn. (WCCO) -- Police are trying to identify the suspect who woman who robbed a TCF Bank in Forest Lake on Oct. 2.

Authorities said it took place at 1:02 p.m. at the Cub Foods on West Broadway Avenue.

The heavy-set black woman presented a hand-written note to the teller, police said, implying she had a weapon and the suspect then demanded money.

The woman, who appears to be in her mid-to-late 20s, wore dark sunglasses, a black cardigan sweater, black flare slacks, and a bandana.

She is about 5 foot 5 inches tall, about 200 pounds.

The day before the robbery, police believe the suspect left Cub Foods in a Maroon GMC Envoy.
